Thank you for placing your order with us. Shipping information will be available the day after your item has shipped. In most cases products will be processed and shipped in 1 to 2 business days of receiving the order. Please enter your e-mail address and your order number (Order ID) received in your confirmation e-mail.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. All orders placed on the Weekend or Holidays will be processed the next business day.

If you have not received your order within 15 working days and cannot find your tracking information online, please email us at order@ibuynow.co.uk so we can check on the status of your order.
